- Provide weekly individual supervision to staff, including case reviews and performance feedback
- Assign referrals in accordance with program standards
- Accompany staff to meetings, home visits, and court hearings as needed
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely documentation
- Transport clients using a personal vehicle, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in child welfare or related services
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required clearances and drug screening
