Program Overview
Glide – Relaunch USA is a ten‑week return‑to‑work program for professionals returning after a current career break of at least two years. You’ll step into a role reserved for a Glide fellow, spending the majority of your time on role‑aligned work and receiving weekly program support that includes skills refresh, alumni engagement, and networking opportunity.

Program Expectations
- Must be able to commit to the full ten‑week program from June 24-August 28
- Full‑time employment decisions based on program performance will be made immediately following the returnship, with employment beginning September 4 without a break in service
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to work with clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM through our Glide – Relaunch USA returnship for the Commercial Banking business division. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com
In this role, you may:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of moderately complex commercial clients by understanding their business goals, decision‑makers, and priorities, and building strong, long‑term relationships through proactive communication.
- Lead or support credit structuring, renewals, and modifications, including cash‑flow lending and select real estate, by conducting financial analysis, working directly with clients, and partnering with internal teams.
- Deliver Wells Fargo’s full range of commercial banking solutions by leveraging knowledge of clients’ businesses, financial positions, and strategic objectives.
- Execute relationship management initiatives in compliance with policies and procedures, while maintaining accurate sales, pipeline, and client information in required systems.
- Collaborate with peers, managers, product partners, and Business Development Representatives to resolve client issues, improve processes, support new client acquisition, and provide feedback on client and market needs.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Rejoining the workforce after taking a current break from your professional career of at least 2 years
Desired Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
- Completion of a formal commercial credit training program, with experience in credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio risk evaluation.
- Established local network and comprehensive knowledge of the market and surrounding areas
- Commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
- Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships
- Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid in office work schedule

- Ability to travel within the assigned market as needed
