Program Overview
Glide – Relaunch USA is a ten‑week return‑to‑work program for professionals returning after a current career break of at least two years. You’ll step into a role reserved for a Glide fellow, spending the majority of your time on role‑aligned work and receiving weekly program support that includes skills refresh, alumni engagement, and networking opportunity.

Program Expectations
- Must be able to commit to the full ten‑week program from June 24-August 28
- Full‑time employment decisions based on program performance will be made immediately following the returnship, with employment beginning September 4 without a break in service

Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Specialist through the Glide – Relaunch USA returnship program within the Chief Operating Office, supporting the Money Movement team in Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations. In this role, you may:
The Asset Movement team is seeking a Securities Operations Specialist to support critical brokerage operations. This role is responsible for processing and supporting client requests to transfer cash and securities into and out of existing accounts, including Fed Wire, ACH, check disbursements, journals, DTC deliveries, and partial ACATs.
The Securities Operations Specialist plays a key role within the Brokerage Operations Asset Movement group, supporting foundational processes and partnering closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a high-quality client experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support business-specific programs, projects, and operational processes
- Perform administrative and operational tasks in support of daily business activities
- Drive efficiency, quality, and cost‑effective solutions; identify issues and escalate concerns as appropriate
- Provide subject matter expertise and procedural guidance to key business partners
- Support asset movement needs for both Retail Brokerage and IRA accounts
- Represent the Asset Movement team in cross‑functional initiatives and projects

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Rejoining the workforce after taking a current break from your professional career of at least 2 years
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in securities, asset movement, or financial operations
- Understanding of cash and securities processing, trade lifecycle, or money movement activities
- Ability to research, review, and resolve routine operational issues within established procedures
- Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, applications, and tools to obtain and evaluate information
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data importing, exporting, and manipulation
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range:*
- $35.00 - 37.00/Hour
