Job Summary:
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the reliability and performance of fulfillment center equipment, mentor maintenance technicians and assistants, and help drive continuous improvement in our maintenance practices. You will maintain facilities and equipment to maximize operations performance. In this dynamic role, you will be the backbone of our automated prescription processing systems, ensuring that life-saving medications reach patients with precision and efficiency. You will work with high-tech conveyance systems and other state-of-the-art material handling equipment. You will focus on the reliability of equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility maintenance/improvements. This position is located in our climate-controlled, closed-door pharmacy facility featuring modern amenities.

Job Summary:
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the reliability and performance of fulfillment center equipment, mentor maintenance technicians and assistants, and help drive continuous improvement in our maintenance practices. You will maintain facilities and equipment to maximize operations performance. Job Responsibilities:
- Performs preventive maintenance tasks and complex mechanical repairs to automation equipment, robotics, and other fulfillment center equipment.
- Uses Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maintain distribution machinery and equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and good maintenance practices.
- Mentors and develops other maintenance team members under the direction of management.
- Maintains a safe work environment by documenting and correcting potential safety issues concerning material-handling equipment or distribution center facility.
