The Role:
AutoStore is seeking an Installation Partner Manager who will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling AutoStore’s global Installation Partner ecosystem. In this newly created role, you’ll build systems and relationships to ensure close collaboration between AutoStore, partners, and service providers. You’ll ensure high quality installation is the norm, service providers are versed in the latest AutoStore technology, and Partners are kept abreast of every development.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Partner Program Ownership
Serve as the global owner of the Installation Partner Framework.
Oversee operational, technical, and quality-governance structures for the partner network.
Ensure partners deliver, via their assigned installation teams, grid installations to AutoStore standards.
Operational Relationship Management
Review installation readiness, documentation compliance, product updates, and capacity planning.
Align on installation load forecasting, resource requirements, and support needs.
Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Operations, Academy, Service and support, and Product.
Certification & Technical Compliance
Ensure Installation partners are certified, via completion of required training.
Oversee supervised installations and validate installation certification standards.
Verify each installation team includes the defined number of certified installers.
Ensure compliance with all manuals, technical documentation, and quality guidelines.
Quality Assurance Oversight
Ensure each Installation partner performs the specified minimum installations per year.
Manage yearly audits of installations with each Installation Partner.
Track audit findings, orchestrate corrective actions, and ensure continuous quality improvement.
Facilitate mandatory post-installation feedback sessions involving all stakeholders, including partners, installation partners, and Autostore Sales Account team, Service and Support and Academy teams.
Partner Network Scaling
Assess market needs and work with partners to ensure capacity to support scaling
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Installation Partners as needed.
Build long-term partner capability through structured training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback Integration
Champion internal feedback loops between partners and AutoStore’s engineering, product, and operations teams.
Aggregate insights from audits, partners, and installations to inform future product and process improvements.
Key Qualifications:
6+ Years of experience in a role managing complex supplier relationships
Must have had experience building and scaling a supplier program
Highly skilled in Account Management, Customer Success, or Vendor Management
Experience in industrial automation, robotics, complex system installation, or partner management.
Strong operational planning, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, installation procedures, and QA processes.
Experience in quality auditing, training programs, or certification governance preferred.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Location for this role is in our Headquarters in Nedre Vats, Stavanger, or Oslo, Norway.
