Manager Incoming Goods (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
- Receiving deliveries: You are responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming goods deliveries for completeness, quantity, and condition.
- Checking delivery notes and purchase orders: You compare the delivered goods with purchase orders and the information stated on the delivery notes.
- Documentation: You record goods movements in the inventory management system and report any discrepancies or damages to the responsible department.
- Coordination with interfaces/departments: You forward the goods after receipt and ensure smooth communication with the relevant departments.
- Support in goods receiving: You assist with unloading trucks and ensuring the proper storage of goods.
Qualifications:
Completed training in warehouse logistics, retail, or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience: Initial experience in goods receiving, warehousing, or a similar logistics environment.
Technical skills: Proficient in using inventory management systems and standard Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail: High level of accuracy when inspecting and recording goods and related documentation.
Physical stamina: Ability to occasionally lift and move heavy loads.
Forklift license: Valid forklift certification to support the movement and handling of goods.
