Job Description
Sixty million Medicare seniors live with chronic disease. The care system sees most of them twice a year. Cadence is building the infrastructure to support them every day.
Cadence is a clinical AI company that delivers continuous, proactive care for older adults with chronic conditions like hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes. We pair patients with a dedicated clinical team, integrate deeply into health system EMRs and workflows, and use our Clinical Intelligence platform to monitor vitals, surface risk early, optimize medications, and close care gaps between visits. The result: patients engage with care 100x more than before Cadence, clinicians focus on judgment instead of administrative work, and Medicare saves $2M a week.
We operate as a full clinical care delivery organization, not a software vendor. Our clinicians work alongside health system partners, extending the reach of local primary care providers into patients' homes. We're now applying AI agents across these workflows – from alert review and medication titration to lifestyle coaching and care coordination – with clinicians always in control of clinical decisions.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior GTM Systems Engineer to own the technical foundation that powers Cadence's revenue engine. You will design, build, and scale the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that drive customer and partner acquisition across sales, outbound, and marketing workflows. This role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy and systems architecture, operating across Salesforce, Regal.ai, and a connected stack of data and engagement tools.
Note: This engineer will be required to work EST/EDT business hours to provide consistent operational coverage.
What You'll Do
- Design and scale the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Regal.ai, and marketing automation platforms, ensuring systems are reliable, observable, and built to evolve alongside rapid organizational growth.
- Build and automate customer acquisition journeys in Regal.ai using data signals, segmentation logic, and structured experimentation.
- Construct and maintain actionable data marts that surface outreach-ready customers, reducing reliance on complex full-scale data ingestion and enabling faster targeting decisions.
- Develop API-driven integrations and automation logic across GTM tools and internal systems to eliminate manual processes and improve conversion speed.
- Instrument GTM systems with observability and alerting so issues across journeys, workflows, and data pipelines are detected and resolved before they affect performance.
- Partner with the Data team to ensure data marts are accurate, accessible, and structured for dynamic outreach and translate business requirements from growth-focused teams into scalable technical solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools, including LLM APIs and automation frameworks, to accelerate workflow development, sharpen targeting, and improve outbound engagement at scale.
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience in GTM engineering, enterprise business systems, or business application technology roles.
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience building and maintaining data marts for outreach and segmentation, including comfort with Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, and Metabase.
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining Salesforce workflows across B2B and customer lifecycle use cases.
- Experience building API-driven integrations and event-driven systems across GTM tools, including webhooks and automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Regal.ai, HubSpot, or comparable outbound and marketing automation tools - including workflow and system logic development, not just UI configuration.
- Experience managing systems through code, version control, or reproducible configurations rather than manual setup.
- Fluency with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development tools; demonstrated experience building or evaluating AI-powered systems in production.
