We are looking for Quality Assurance & Control Engineer/Sr. Engineer (For ICS & AAI )
Reporting : Head of Department
Location : Pithampur, India (Near Indore, Madhya Pradesh)
What to expect / your job purpose / Context
We are looking for a highly experienced HR manager, experience in reputable company ideally with international exposure, Full knowledge & understanding of HR Operation & Administration and ability to manage all regulations, Proven track record in managing the Indian complexity & Good knowledge of all modern HR tools and softwares.
You will be based in Pithampur, at our site dedicated to Clad products. With a community of 250 employees in 2024, our subsidiary company Innovative Clad Solutions Pvt. Ltd. & Aperam Alloys India Pvt. Ltd. which is situated in the Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh region in India and produces high added value products for the domestic and international market in the field of electronics, automotive, electrical OEMs, etc.
1. Obtain, measure and prepare metallic samples for mechanical testing (tensile test, micro hardness test) and metallurgical testing (micro specimen preparation for micro-structure observation in microscope).
2. Put materials through test procedures, often using laboratory equipment, under the direction of metallurgists and other professionals.
3. 100 % involvement in timely calibration of all laboratory equipments
4. Good communicator and determined to build quality at every stage of operations.
5. Shall have worked in ISO 9001 and TS 16949 environment and must be well experienced in using QC tools and techniques.
6. Well versed with ISO 14001 and 18001 Complete Responsibility of In process and final product quality.
7. Establishing suitable controls at each stage including packaging
8. Improving the product yield by reducing the rejection /scrap.
9. Visit to vendor for Quality checking & Job work
10. Quality Checking at Production Line on shop floor
- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy/Mechanical from a reputed University.
- Minimum years of experience – 06-08 Years
- Certifications needed / technical knowledge / tools knowledge- ISO Lead Auditor/Quality Tools/ Lean Management/ Six Sigma /KAIZEN/5S/TQM
- Communication or leadership skills
- Other skills considered as a plus - Excellence Analytical Skills/ Collaborative approach/ People management skills/ Decision making ability.
- Languages required: Excellence in English & Hindi (Local Language)
