Make Ready Technician

Description:

The successful candidate must have experience in cleaning and minor repair work. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. The Make Ready Technician will perform cleaning and upkeep of the building and grounds, prepare vacant units for move-in, perform some repairs, and assist the maintenance team as needed.

Duties:

Must possess the ability to clean the building and grounds, and perform general maintenance repairs that may arise. Must complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation as needed, and assist the maintenance team as instructed.
