We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the high stakes of the trucking and towing world, and wants to be part of a mission-driven team.
- Manage a dedicated book and logistics clients.
- Handle certs, endorsements, audits, claims follow-ups, collections, round outs and renewals.
- Drive communication between producers, underwriters and insureds.
- Review and develop loss runs, MVRs, CSA alerts and prep accounts for preferred underwriting.
- Trucking and Towing experience (preferred).
- 3+ years in commercial P&C (transportation and/or towing preferred).
- Active P&C license
- Proficient in Auto Liability, Physical Damage, Cargo and CL.
- Experience with Applied Epic or similar AMS.
- Tech-comfortable, deadline-driven, and laser-focused on details.
