POSITION SUMMARY:
This position has primary responsibility for the daily completion of all inventory cycle counts and research activities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Research and analyze issues that affect physical inventory by using all resources available to maintain an accuracy level set by management. Daily communicate with the credit department and others on issues that affect the balance between DISC and WMS, reporting any variances to your manager. Process and cycle count issues MRM’s to insure that customers are properly credited and physical inventory is correct. Report any situations that adversely affect inventory to upper management. Maintain WMS (Korber/HighJump) functions as directed by your manager.

Bottle quantities in non-bottle locations
Items on Hold
Balance Report
Count and recount items and/or locations from all triggered events incrementing and decrementing inventory as needed. Maintain written explanation on all adjustments and manage the “Major Adjustment Report.” Manage, perform, and report inventory related projects to management.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Computer Skills:
Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet applications
AS400 experience preferred
Familiar in the use of Warehouse Management Systems and bar code scanning technology ( Korber/Highjump)
Math Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
Other Requirements:
Legally permitted to work in the United States
Use of Warehouse Equipment i.e., Electric Pallet Jack, Stand up Forklift and Stock Picker
