What you will do

As an LCV Product Sales Representative, you are responsible for actively acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with Renault Trucks clients. Your duties include conducting transactions (including offering Renault Trucks vehicles and all available financial and service solutions) for Light Commercial Vehicles.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire vehicle sales process—from the initial customer contact, through order signing, to final payment settlement and vehicle handover (including verification of warranty activation, additional services such as service contracts or extended warranty, and other services sold together with the vehicle).

Who are you?

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Category B driving license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to plan future actions
  • Goal orientation, including achieving sales targets and maintaining good customer relationships
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Teamwork skills

What’s in it for you?

  • Selling new heavy-duty vehicles to direct customers and body-building companies in accordance with instructions from your Manager
  • Initiating, building, and maintaining business relationships with customers
  • Performing daily tasks in accordance with Polish law, based on instructions and guidelines from your Manager
  • Ongoing supervision of business contracts, including ensuring correct contract execution and verifying customer representation (authorized individuals according to Polish law)
  • Preparing and completing commercial documentation, including sales agreements and required handover protocols
  • Administrative support of public tenders
  • Creating vehicle tender specifications and coordinating the preparation of comprehensive offers (service, financing, warranty, etc.)
  • Overseeing preparation and delivery of technical documentation and registration documents for vehicles within ongoing contractsInitiating and executing commercial activities in the public procurement sector
  • Cooperation with the Sales Department regarding participation in public tenders
  • Developing and maintaining cooperation with body-building companies in the area of sales and homologation of completed vehicles
  • Participating in conferences, business meetings, and industry fairs (as agreed with the Manager and according to company policies)
  • Participating in supervision and control of production of completed vehiclesParticipating in quality control and compliance checks with homologated vehicle types
  • Contributing to market potential analysis for chassis segments
  • Collecting data and participating in competitive product analysis
  • Supporting the development of training related to public procurement processes for the Sales Department
  • Performing tasks in line with Polish law and in accordance with Manager’s instructions, directives, and guidelines
  • Monitoring customer payment obligations in conducted transactions
