Volunteer Manager
Volunteer Manager Position Summary: The Volunteer Manager is responsible for recruiting and engaging volunteers to support both patient care and administrative needs within the organization. The Volunteer Manager supervises the day-to-day efforts of volunteers as well as plays a key role in the development of new initiatives and value-add services to the organization’s people pillar.
Volunteer Manager Position Qualifications:
Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3-5 years experience with Volunteer Administration or closely related experience.
Knowledge of current trends, resources and information related to volunteerism preferred.
Human Resources, Recruiting or outreach experience a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a larger staff team.
Must be able to develop and facilitate large group meetings and training.
