Senior Payroll Analyst

The Senior Payroll Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for executing complex payroll tasks, performing reconciliations, supporting reporting, and assisting with payroll system administration, and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance across the organization. This role supports the Payroll Lead operationally, serves as a backup functional lead when needed, and provides mentorship and guidance to Payroll Specialists and other team members on payroll processes, system use, and best practices.
