Schedule: Full-Time | AM & PM Shifts (weekends/holidays as needed)

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with care plans and physician orders
Safely administer medications and treatments
Monitor residents and communicate any changes in condition promptly
Lead and support CNAs and nursing staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy and social services
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
Respond confidently to emergencies
Uphold infection control and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Active California RN license
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
A compassionate, resident-first mindset
