Job Description
This position entails managing marketing content, executing campaigns, coordinating materials, compiling reports, tracking activities, and providing support as needed.
- Provide operational support for the execution of marketing activities, campaigns, and events
- Manage POSM based on requests from the Marketing and Sales teams
- Prepare reports on sales performance and key marketing/sales activity monitoring
- Consolidate and manage feedback from Marketing and Sales teams, and support internal communication of key updates and instructions
- Support customer management programs (CooperVision Rewards), including:
- Handling customer/account inquiries and responding in coordination with Sales and Customer Service teams
- Processing membership-related post-service requests from accounts
- Performing admin-level tasks for membership program operations, including assisting with system updates, testing app/website functions, and supporting program maintenance

- 마케팅/영업팀 요청에 따른 POSM 관리
- 세일즈(매출) 및 주요 마케팅/영업 활동 진행 모니터링 결과 리포트 작성
- 마케팅/영업팀의 피드백 취합 및 관리 및 주요 안내(전달)사항 내부 커뮤니케이션
- 고객관리프로그램 지원 (쿠퍼비전 리워드)
- 고객/내역 조회 및 응대업무 (주로 영업, CS팀과 소통)
- 거래처 요청에 따른 멤버십 사후처리 관련 업무
- 관리자용 업무: 멤버십 프로그램 운영 관련 보조 업무 및 앱/웹사이트 시스템 수정 시 기능 테스트 등.
- Prior experience in related roles (including internships or part‑time positions)
- Ability to work full‑time for a minimum of 3 months; preference for candidates available for 6 months or longer
- Preferred: Candidates with an Optometry major and/or strong interest in Marketing
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn and utilize internal ERP systems is a plus
- Additional skills: data organization (Excel) and marketing support tasks
