Job Description:
- Work closely with the HR team and provide major support for employer branding needs.
- Assist in ensuring the Employer Branding database (trackers and reports) are updated and effective.
- Support online and mainly offline Employer Branding activities such as partnerships and collaborations with Universities and professional communities.
- Support ad hoc hiring needs including job fair, campus hiring, and events alike.
Requirements:
- University students or fresh graduates majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Economy, or Management are preferred
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain trackers and administrative data accurately
- Responsible, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently with high ownership and accountability
- Prior experience in Employer Branding, especially in handling professional community events, is a plus
- Experience in external partnership processes and communications is highly preferred
- Basic social media content creation skills (e.g. Video Editing, Visual Designs)
