- Schedule management: Collaborate with Supers to build and maintain the master schedule, issuing look-ahead updates and recovery plans.
- Contract administration: negotiate subcontracts, ensure strict compliance with scopes, specs, and owner contracts.
- Client & partner relations: cultivate long‑term relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners; provide transparent, timely reporting.
- Team leadership: manage, train, and supervise project engineers and coordinators; foster a collaborative, accountable atmosphere.
- Risk & quality: drive RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality‑control processes; coordinate inspections and testing.
- Close‑out: compile as‑builts, warranties, O&M manuals, and final accounting to ensure a smooth hand‑off.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience with a proven record of successful commercial projects.
- Solid understanding of estimating, scheduling, contract law, and construction means & methods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project, Procore, or similar project‑management tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills—able to juggle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Experience in one or more of our core practice areas: Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Multi‑Family, Mixed‑Use, Senior Housing, or Affordable Housing.
- LEED AP, CCM, or PMP certification.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
