Job-Summary As OPS support Manager Cargo DE|AT, you are responsible together with the OPS team and station managers for delivering the Cargo handling product in 12 stations in Germany and Austria, ensuring safety, operative and financial KPI’s are met

A strong customer centric focus is required, as well as deep understanding on Cargo Operations

Besides delivering the daily product, you will be closely involved in developing and implementing new processes and tools Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Monitor and manage operational cargo KPIs across all cargo stations in Germany and Austria

Develop, implement, and oversee action plans to drive continuous improvement

Support the rollout and adoption of technical tools to optimize handling processes, including: Mobile devices, Weighing solutions, Kiosks, New core handling systems

Support commercial teams and station management in developing and maintaining CRM structures

Lead the implementation and start-up of new customers

Your Profile: Team player with strong knowledge of cargo handling processes

Willing and able to travel regularly within Germany and Austria, and occasionally beyond

Fluent in both German and English

Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
