Assessment Solutions Operations Specialist
Position status: Full-timeLocation: Remote, Western Canada
Annual Salary: $52,000 CAD
Summary:
The role of Assessment Solutions Operations Specialist is a key position in the business, supporting both Prometric’s Assessment Services and the external clients for which assessment work is being conducted. This position is responsible for supporting recruitment of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for a variety of subjects, supporting the establishment of contractor relationships with SMEs, and assisting in the maintenance of an overall database of contacts. Once SMEs are recruited, the Specialist is responsible for supporting the management of SMEs and their work.
The Assessment Solutions Operations Specialist is expected to work collaboratively, both in person and virtually with industry SMEs, members of the test development team, and cross-functionally with client services to ensure project completion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reviewing resumes, screening and interviewing applicants
Entering, updating, and tracking information in SME databases
Conducting administrative work related to SME contracts
Participating in meetings with recruitment contacts, individual SME groups, and clients
Supporting event organization: sending event invites, managing delegate responses, receiving and processing invoices
Tracking invoice payments and reconciliations
Developing knowledge and high levels of proficiency with Prometric systems and tools to support SME recruitment and assessment solution operations
Following established procedures and guidelines and ensuring any modifications to procedures are accurately documented
Complying with security policy and procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in HR, Marketing, Business or Business Administration
3+ years of recruiting/client experience (knowledge of LinkedIn and other similar tools)
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet exacting deadlines
Ability to meet quality, service and productivity metrics
Previous experience in direct client interactions
Strong analytical skills required
Attention to detail and high attention to accuracy
Proven dependability and high regard for security
