Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop user segmentation models based on user risk preferences, asset holdings, trading behavior, and transaction frequency
- Identify behavioral differences between high-potential users, high-net-worth users, and low-quality or incentive-driven users, and design differentiated growth and conversion strategies
- Monitor and optimize key financial growth metrics including deposit conversion rate, first trade completion rate, net asset inflow, and product penetration
- Conduct attribution analysis to evaluate user lifetime value (LTV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and long-term ROI across channels
- Propose growth hypotheses based on data insights, design and execute A/B testing experiments, and take ownership of experiment outcomes
- Deeply participate in localized operations by researching local financial habits, payment behaviors, and user scenarios to improve product and operational strategies
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Operations teams to continuously improve user growth funnels and conversion efficiency
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Growth, Product Operations, or related fields
- Experience in fintech, payments, brokerage, banking, or digital financial services is preferred
- Hands-on experience running end-to-end data-driven growth experiments
- Strong logical thinking with the ability to break down complex growth goals into actionable strategies and measurable metrics
- Good understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, lifecycle management, and growth KPIs
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and other data analysis tools
- Passionate about localized operations, user insights, and financial product growth
