We are seeking a detail oriented Vendor Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will monitor vendor performance, track compliance and activity trends and provide data driven insights to support decision making. You will work closely with cross functional teams to identify risks, improve vendor effectiveness, and maintain a healthy, high-performing vendor network. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

In this role, you will monitor vendor performance, track compliance and activity trends and provide data driven insights to support decision making. You will work closely with cross functional teams to identify risks, improve vendor effectiveness, and maintain a healthy, high-performing vendor network. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor active vendor status, compliance health, and overall performance trends across the vendor network
- Review vendor activity, utilization, responsiveness, and operational readiness indicators
- Maintain and update vendor scorecards based on defined performance metrics and evaluation frameworks
- Track key performance areas including cost, quality, responsiveness, compliance, and activity levels
- Identify red flags, emerging risks, and declining vendor performance; escalate issues as appropriate
- Monitor vendors with expiring or missing compliance requirements and highlight required actions
- Review inactive, underutilized, or stale vendors and support re-engagement or rationalization efforts
- Identify vendors requiring re-tiering, restriction, performance hold, or offboarding evaluation
- Maintain accurate vendor records, performance notes, and historical context related to status changes
- Analyze vendor data and prepare recurring reports for leadership review
- Support development and maintenance of dashboards, trend reporting, and operational summaries
- Provide insights into vendor bench strength, effectiveness, bottlenecks, and risk exposure
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and opportunities to enhance tracking, visibility, and follow-up processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in vendor management, operations analysis, business analysis, compliance analysis, performance tracking, or a similar analytical role
- Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends, risks, and exceptions
- Experience working with spreadsheets, tracking tools, dashboards, or reporting systems
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and well-structured records
- Ability to translate data and analysis into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, issues, and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a structured, status-driven environment with ongoing follow-ups and recurring reporting cycles
- Sound judgment with the ability to recognize when issues require escalation to leadership
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and vendor management teams
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
