Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees the daily operations of the casino restaurant, bar, and casino beverage service operations. This role is responsible for managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams while ensuring strong guest service, efficient operations, proper staffing, and cost controls. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining service standards consistent with the Nemacolin brand.
