Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Reporting & Analytics:
- Analyze and monitor OSA (On Shelf Availability) performance.
- Review and evaluate SOS (Share of Shelf) compliance across accounts.
- Provide insights on competitor promotion and pricing activities.
- Track and analyze frontliner cost performance against budget.
2. Team Enablement:
- Monitor frontliner attendance (mandays) and call productivity.
- Identify execution gaps (OSA, SOS, Promo Compliance) and provide actionable feedback.
- Support field team with clear and practical action plans to improve execution quality.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing to improve in-store execution.
- Support effective communication between Head Office and field teams.
4. Leadership:
- Ensure data reliability and influence decision-making.
- Lead agency collaboration by applying strategic thinking to optimize performance and create mutual value.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring proper planning, and implementation that drive business value.
5. Outlet Management:
- Ensure alignment of PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) execution at national level.
- Tracking MSL & Visibility execution in both channel Modern Trade and General Trade.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Strong Understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and field execution processes.
- Experience working with Frontliner Teams (Merchandiser and SPG).
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
