You’ll play a key role in technical delivery, project leadership and client development, with a strong focus on dam-related infrastructure and heavy civil works. Lead the delivery of civil engineering design for mining and power projects, from concept through detailed design and construction support Serve as Technical Lead and/or Engineer of Record (EOR) on selected mandates Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings and technical specifications Oversee the design of site infrastructure, including earthworks, drainage, water management systems, haul roads and mine-related facilities Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges Ensure technical quality, compliance with codes and standards, and constructability of deliverables Manage projects (scope, budget, schedule) and lead coordination with clients, contractors and stakeholders Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, scope definition, cost estimation and client presentations Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow services in the mining and power sectors Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team development
