FM MANAGER - TECHNICAL

The Facility Management (FM) Manager is responsible for the overall management, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Hard Facility Management services, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Civil, and Building Systems. The role ensures contractual compliance, operational excellence, financial performance, statutory compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple facilities and projects.

The FM Manager provides strategic leadership to operations, manages maintenance teams and subcontractors, ensures service delivery in accordance with agreed KPIs and SLAs, and supports business growth through client engagement and commercial activities.
