Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, etc.), ensuring a positive service experience
  • Utilize the HR knowledge base to provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to employee requests
  • Promote HR self-service tools and educate employees and managers on available HR resources
  • Assess inquiries and route or escalate cases to appropriate teams (HR SSC, HRBPs, COEs, HRIT, Payroll) as needed
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Execute HR transactions and organizational data updates (e.g., position management, organizational changes, compensation adjustments)
  • Collaborate with team members and Team Leads to resolve issues, share knowledge, and escalate complex cases when necessary

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or a customer service/contact center environment; experience in a multinational company is preferred
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on achieving first contact resolution and effectively resolving employee issues
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to handle frequent business communication scenarios
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience handling employee inquiries through multiple channels (e.g., phone, email, service systems)
  • Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the ability to meet service-related targets
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employee benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience using HCM systems or case management tools (e.g., Workday, SAP)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
