- Acting as a point of contact for our HEL staff on day-to-day HR-related matters
- Coordinating and supporting activities across the full employee life cycle
- Updating and maintaining employee information in our HR system (Workday)
- Preparing employment agreements and maintaining HR documentation and archives
- Coordinating and delivering onboarding activities for new employees
- Supporting the local HR team with daily operations and ad hoc HR projects

To succeed in this role, you bring:
- A genuine interest in HR and a solid understanding of core HR topics and processes
- Some relevant experience in people-related roles, preferably in fast-paced environments, gained through internships or early professional experience
- A service-minded approach and strong communication skills
- A structured and detail-oriented way of working, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- The ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage administrative tasks with accuracy
- Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in HR, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Professional proficiency in Finnish and English
You will be part of the Nordic HR team, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and developing talent to rewarding contributions and supporting career growth and mobility. The Nordic HR team consists of local HR teams across the region, each supporting their respective locations while working closely together as one Nordic function. You will also collaborate closely with other people-related functions, including Career Development, Staffing, and Mobility, as well as with senior members of our consulting staff across the Nordics.
