YOUR MISSION:
As a Boutique Assistant you will provide essential support to the Client Advisors at the Panerai Maison boutique in Florence. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience by assisting with product management, client reception, and maintaining the boutique's pristine environment.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Support the Client Advisors during the sales process (preparation, presentation of the Maison's creations, sales follow-up, customer service, event preparation);
Client welcoming activities in the boutique, potentially preparing coffee or serving beverages;
Support for various boutique activities (stock organization; tidying tables or displays, etc.);
Contribution to the "Maison Client Experience" to promote its image both internally and externally, with the objective of offering clients an excellent service, from their entry into the Boutique to the packaging of the purchased product and, in general, everything that can lead to client loyalty.
