Escolaridad: Ingeniería en Mecánica, Electrónica, Industrial, Mecatrónica, Sistemas (Titulo deseable)
Idioma: Ingles Técnico (certificado deseable)
Experiencia: Preferentemente 3 años: Ingeniero de Control, Ingeniero en sistemas, Programador de PLC, Ingeniero de automatización
Conocimientos:
•Garantizar el rango máximo de disponibilidad de los equipos a través del Mantenimiento Preventivo, Predictivo y Correctivo
Competencias Conductuales:
•Trabajo en equipo
•Comunicación efectiva
Competencias Técnicas:
•Conocimiento en programación de robot (FANUC y ABB)
•Programación y ajuste de cámaras de visión Keyence
•Programación de PLC Allen Bradley, Siemens deseable
•Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos y mecánicos
•Análisis de fallas, Sistemas Mecánicos, Control Eléctrico, Sistema Neumático
Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
•Dar soporte a producción en la operación de los equipos instalados en la planta
•Obtener respaldos de equipo y maquinaria de manera periódica
•Revisión y control del sistema de monitoreo de energía de la planta.
•Ejecución de cada orden de mantenimiento preventivo asignado
•Retroalimentar al planeador de mantenimiento preventivo y supervisor
•Ejecución de check list de arranque y reporte de parámetro fuera de especificación.
•Revisión de condiciones básicas de los equipos y reporte de anormalidades.
•Reducir las fallas de maquinaria y evitar reincidencias.
•Llevar un control de refacciones consumidas y refacciones requeridas
•Ejecutar las tareas necesarias para el cumplimiento de los ciclos red rabbit
•Participar en los programas de capacitación y actualización de tecnología
•Participar en los análisis de fallas y causa raíz en los equipos.
•Dar soporte al departamento en la solución de problemas en los equipos e instalaciones
•Programación de panel view, sistemas automáticos, robots, plcs.
•Construir tableros eléctricos para remplazo y mejoras a los equipos de producción
•Reportar actividades realizadas de forma diaria en bitácora y correo electrónico.
•Asegurar el arranque a tiempo de líneas de producción.
