About the position

Purpose of the Role

The Process Lead – R2R is responsible for driving end-to-end accounting excellence across the Record-to-Report function. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and efficient close processes. It also leads automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Acting as a key point of contact, the role collaborates with stakeholders to resolve complex accounting issues and strengthen service delivery. Additionally, it supports capability building within the team through guidance and training. Overall, the role ensures high-quality, scalable, and compliant R2R operations.

 

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

Strong R2R leadership expertise: Deep knowledge of end-to-end R2R processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Process improvement & automation mindset: Proven ability to drive transformation using tools like SAP/Oracle, BlackLine, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Stakeholder management & influence: Ability to engage, challenge, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ownership & problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues, ensure accuracy, and continuously improve process efficiency.
