Package Innovation Manager

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for packaging testing method development, lab operations, DC shipper change management, and new packaging innovation. The position also drives the development and scale-up of innovative and circular packaging solutions across different brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Packaging Testing & Lab Management

• Develop and standardize packaging testing methodologies (e.g., transport, structural, environmental)
• Manage lab operations including equipment, capability, and compliance

2.DC Shipper Change Management

• Own DC shipper change material production, including artwork, standards, and performance management
• Collaborate with supplier and DC operation teams to ensure stable execution

3.BU Packaging Innovation Interface

• Serve for BU package innovation
• Translate business needs and competitor intelligence into packaging innovation projects

4.Innovative & Circular Packaging Development

• Develop innovative secondary package solution for supply chain and customer (RFID, Smart Pallet, New material, Sustainable package solutions etc.)
• Iterate and roll out reusable packaging solutions to more region, more brands and more customers (e.g., InstaRack reusable display)

Job Qualification:

• Prefer major in Packaging, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain related
• Prefer work experience in package engineer, MPD, R&D Package and DC operation
• Understanding of packaging structures, materials, and testing methodologies
• Knowledge of supplier management and DC operations
• Passion on package innovation and external focused
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, strong org management skill
• Ability to work effectively with BU, supply chain, and external partners
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, good presentation skill
