Job Description

Are you ready to help build and shape our DevOps support team supporting Salesforce solutions used by more than 8,000 farmers across eight countries?

“You will become part of the Farmers team in Arla IT. We support digital solutions that are essential to our farmer owners and play an important role in Arla’s sustainability and digital agenda. As part of our DevOps support team, you will help establish the foundations for how we monitor, support and continuously improve our Salesforce solutions. What will make you successful?

Embark on an exciting journey of establishing a new team in a new way of working in Arla IT with the purpose of supporting the sustainability journey in Arla. We don’t expect you to master everything from day one, but your key responsibilities will include

  • Troubleshooting and prioritizing incidents related to Salesforce applications and integrations
  • Solving user management requests
  • Defining and securing monitoring of the system
  • Collaboration with developers in solving the root causes of issues and getting them fixed
  • Document processes and improve ways of working

  • Experience in technical support and assistance to users of the Salesforce Service platform
  • Coordination across a wide range of people and shifting focus when needed to solve the most critical incidents
  • Communication and coordination skills with a broad range of business users
  • Collaborating in the team to implement and maintain system improvements
  • Document processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
