The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Dutch recruiting operations. This role offers hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, exposure to candidate engagement, and close collaboration with consultants and recruiting professionals.
Key responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication
Schedule and coordinate interviews, , and recruitment events
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Draft and send candidate communications, offer letters, and interview feedback summaries
Assist with campus and virtual recruiting events (logistics, outreach, and follow-up)
Support on recruitment reporting and basic analytics on pipeline, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content
Support ad-hoc local HR/recruiting projects and process improvement efforts
What we’re looking for:
Master degree completed
Previous recruiting experience
Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting industry recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Dutch
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working across teams
Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
AI curiosity and learning mindset — explores AI tools and practical applications to improve day-to-day work.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting events or employer branding activities
Basic experience with data reporting or simple analytics in Excel
