What we do:
GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.
What you'll be doing:
Our team endeavors to keep Transfer Express competitive. We do this by using the latest in manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques and investing in our greatest asset, our employees. The future shows much promise and plenty of room for growth as our company continues to succeed year after year.
- Managing the workflow of custom Direct to Film orders
- Daily supervision of up to 15 Production Techs
- Edit timecards, other administration tasks as needed
- Aid in completion of annual evaluations
- Conduct disciplinary actions/discussions as needed
- Ensure productivity and quality goals are met for department
- Able to handle high order volume with a quick turnaround time including same day service
- Troubleshoot machine issues and facilitate timely corrective actions to maintain production efficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands and critical deadlines
- Update and implement new processes in department

What we are looking for:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business systems
