Reporting Specialist - Transaction monitoringJob Description
Reporting Specialist Transaction Monitoring
Drive data-driven decision-making supporting financial crime detection for over 9.5 million customers in 38 countries with integrated reporting and clear KPI insights.
You & your role
Design and deliver an integrated reporting foundation that enables consistent, data-driven decision-making within Transaction Monitoring. As a Reporting Specialist, you connect data, governance and reporting into one clear storyline and scalable solutions. You work closely with business and tech teams to align KPI definitions and translate complex data into actionable insights that support management decisions.
Your challenge
Within Transaction Monitoring (TM), you will operate at the core of a major data-driven transformation.
TM plays a key role in detecting and reporting potential financial crime. At the same time, the domain is evolving towards a fully integrated, future-proof MI operating model, in which governance, reporting, analytics and performance management are seamlessly connected.
You will join the MI/BI & Reporting team, a central team driving this transformation under Connecting the Dots. The team delivers integrated reporting, aligned KPI definitions and one consistent management storyline across TM. By combining reliable data, clear standards and agile delivery, we enable actionable insights that directly support decision-making and performance steering.
Our ambition is clear: move towards one integrated reporting landscape, one KPI logic and one source of truth.
As a Senior Reporting Specialist, you play a pivotal role in realizing this ambition.
