Description
Be part of something special, we’re looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our Retail Service Team. As a key part of our matchday experience, you’ll deliver top-quality retailcatering services that keep fans fuelled and smiling. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll be part of an outgoing and creative team creating an unforgettable experience for fans and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally at concession areas.
- Take orders over the counter, input into EPOS systems, and process payments accurately.
- Assist customers with self-service units when required.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in line with company policies.
- Restock concessions and ensure products are displayed attractively throughout the event.
- Keep catering units clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Follow all compliance requirements, including Challenge 25 for alcohol service and allergen procedures.
- Provide friendly, helpful service to all customers, resolving queries promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet service targets.
- Assist with concession setup before kick-off and close-down after events.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues to supervisors.
- Uphold our brand standards and deliver experiences that last long in the memory of our fans and guests
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required.
- Ability to provide fast, friendly, and efficient service in a high-volume environment.
