As a key contributor to our Central Operations success story — which scaled our network 234% year-over-year , you'll leverage your stakeholder management expertise to align diverse teams around common goals. Your ability to balance immediate execution demands with long-term strategic vision will be essential as we continue revolutionizing last-mile delivery through data-driven innovations and automated routing solutions.

Key job responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage complex cross-functional programs from conception through national-scale implementation, ensuring delivery milestones are met while mitigating risks
Lead stakeholder alignment across technical and operational teams, resolving conflicting priorities and driving consensus on program objectives and execution strategies
Analyze program performance data to identify optimization opportunities, develop targeted improvement plans, and track progress against key metrics
Navigate ambiguous operational challenges by diving deep into root causes, evaluating alternatives, and implementing scalable solutions that address systemic issues
Communicate program status and strategic recommendations to leadership levels, facilitating decision-making through clear presentation of trade-offs and potential outcomes


A day in the life
Your day begins with leadership meetings where you align stakeholders on program priorities and address any roadblocks. You'll dive deep into program mechanisms, analyzing performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Much of your time involves coordinating between technical teams and operations, ensuring everyone understands project timelines and deliverables. You'll facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve conflicting priorities while keeping long-term strategic objectives in focus.

Central Operations has established itself as the single planning and execution engine for Mexico's Last Mile network, achieving remarkable growth with 234% year-over-year scaling while maintaining 99.9% SLA compliance. Our collaborative team values data-driven decision-making and takes ownership of solutions that directly impact customer experience across the transportation network.

- 3+ years of team management experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- PMP certificate
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
