POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de centro de llamadas para cumplir con los objetivos organizacionales.
  • Dirigir y gestionar al personal del centro de llamadas, asegurando un alto rendimiento y productividad.
  • Establecer métricas de rendimiento e indicadores clave (KPIs) para medir y mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad del centro de llamadas.
  • Supervisar las operaciones del centro de llamadas para asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para identificar e implementar mejoras de procesos y mejores prácticas.
  • Analizar datos y tendencias del centro de llamadas para identificar áreas de mejora y optimización.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de compromiso y retención de empleados para crear un entorno de trabajo positivo e inclusivo.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y mejores prácticas de la industria para mantener una ventaja competitiva en el mercado.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto y la asignación de recursos para el departamento de centro de llamadas.
  • Servir como el punto de contacto principal para escalaciones y resolución de problemas.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
