Job Description:

The Talent Attraction Partner is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting across EMEA, supporting a variety of professional, commercial, corporate, manufacturing, and operational roles. This position partners closely with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Greif's Talent Attraction strategy.

This role serves as a key member of Greif's global Talent Attraction team, bringing knowledge of local labor markets, hiring practices, and compliance requirements across EMEA. The Talent Attraction Partner will leverage sourcing expertise, technology, and market intelligence to build talent pipelines and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across EMEA, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding support.
  • Support hiring for professional, administrative, commercial, manufacturing, and plant support positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and effective process management.
  • Ensure timely movement of candidates through the recruitment lifecycle while maintaining high quality standards.

Market Expertise & Compliance

  • Maintain knowledge of local labor market trends, hiring practices, and compliance requirements across EMEA.
  • Ensure recruiting activities are aligned with local employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation expectations, and competitive hiring trends.

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates across multiple markets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, high-demand, and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Utilize sourcing tools, social media, networking, referrals, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies to identify talent.
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts through targeted outreach and job posting optimization.

Technology & Reporting

  • Utilize Workday and other recruiting technologies to manage candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting data.
  • Ensure recruiting activity, candidate records, and requisition information remain current and compliant.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes and process efficiency.
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to improve recruiter productivity and candidate engagement.

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with global Talent Attraction team members to share best practices and support organizational hiring priorities.
  • Participate in Talent Attraction projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide feedback on hiring trends, candidate experience, and process improvements.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting EMEA markets.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and business areas.
  • Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting hiring across multiple countries preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing capabilities.
  • Knowledge of EMEA labor markets and recruiting practices.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
