As part of the New Business Sales team, you will be a world-class Account Executive, working as part of a team that is a critical part of our next phase of growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, focusing on driving ACV growth. As a critical part of our sales team, you will work closely with prospects to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts that align with our company objectives. 


 


Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand prospects’ business needs and challenges.
  • Build and manage relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow structured sales processes and best practices, including qualification methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC).
  • Negotiate contracts that deliver value to both the customer and the business.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce), including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Higher degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in New Business Sales.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Very good command of English, allowing for fluent written and spoken communication.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with decision-makers.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in pipeline management.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing and target-driven environment.
  • Experience in high-tech or SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience in production company.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
