Senior Manager, Data Center Site Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Data Center Site Operations is responsible for overall site operations, including facility infrastructure, hardware deployment, environmental management, colocation provider governance, operational readiness, incident response, and organizational leadership. This individual will lead a team of engineers and technicians while serving as the primary operational owner for data center reliability, availability, and operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, and IT systems, and the ability to execute cross-functional initiatives supporting OCI’s global expansion strategy.
