Your Role


In this role, you will design and prepare broadcast data reports along with other required documentation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Innovation and Libraries & Archives, you will help evaluate and develop the department’s IT systems and draft procedural guidelines for the various systems in collaboration with all Libraries & Archives units.


Key responsibilities include regularly producing reports on content broadcast or published by Radio-Canada. You will also help design operational analytics for the department. Working closely with team leads and supervisors, you will contribute to data quality improvements and the standardization of workflows.


This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.


Requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in library and information sciences or equivalent.
  • Three or more years’ experience performing related duties.

Skills:

  • Solid command of French.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong awareness of current events.
  • Broad general knowledge.
  • Strong familiarity with document management and information retrieval/processing systems.
  • Proficiency with office applications, specifically the Windows and Google Workspace environments.
  • Deep familiarity with CBC/Radio-Canada programming.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and perform occasional overtime.
