What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Accounting Administrative Support within our CCS division. This position falls under our IVP line of business and is located in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting accounting activities during short time collaboration.
You will report directly to the Finance Manager and regularly collaborate with Credit, Finance, and internal accounting teams.

Role Responsibilities
- Supporting accounting activities in accordance with applicable legislation for assigned countries
- Collecting and preparing data and documentation for accounting operations
- Processing and booking incoming invoices and verifying approval accuracy
- Conducting regular balance sheet account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining assigned internal accounting records and supporting documentation
- Cooperating with the Credit department and managing customer accounts, including processing refunds
- Authorizing payments in line with internal procedures
- Preparing documentation for statutory annual audits
- Ensuring proper archiving of accounting documents
- Supporting additional tasks as assigned by the line manager
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar accounting position
- Secondary education with diploma required; degree preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation is an good asset
- Experience with accounting systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and high attention to detail
- English at B2 level

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is 250 CZK per hour for “DPP”. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process
