
Billing Operations Analyst
Job Description
The Billing Operations Analyst performs office and non-manual work directly related to the management and general business operations of the company's billing, revenue, and customer account functions. This role is responsible for analyzing billing activity, interpreting customer requirements and company procedures, preparing and issuing accurate invoices, researching invoice and account discrepancies, and recommending appropriate corrections, credits, rebills, or process improvements. The position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgement in evaluating billing issues, comparing available courses of action, determining the appropriate resolution path, and escalating matters of financial or operational significance when required.
