Summary:

The Centralized Scheduling Representative is responsible for accurately scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, and ensuring pre-registration requirements are met across multiple service lines and locations. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to patients and providers by acting as the front-line contact in the access center.

Education:
* High School Diploma or GED
