About the role

We’re looking for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join our growing team at Teamtailor. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop within payroll and people operations in a fast-paced, international environment.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of payroll administration for Sweden while supporting global payroll processes. You’ll work closely with our Payroll Specialist and play an important role in ensuring a smooth and accurate employee experience.

What you’ll do

• Manage payroll administration for Sweden, including:

  • Insurance and benefits

  • Absence and leave management

  • Reporting to relevant authorities

• Support and administer payroll-related processes for employees within the Swedish entity

• Assist the Payroll Specialist with payroll processes for other countries

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all payroll-related tasks

• Contribute to improving and developing payroll and administrative processes

Who you are

• A recent graduate or early in your career (junior profile)

• Detail-oriented and structured, with a strong sense of accuracy

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment

• Fluent in English & Swedish
