Warper Creel Tender - 2nd Shift

Second Shift - Somersworth (United States of America)

Work Shift Time:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Objective: Safely load and unload creels, accurately complete necessary paperwork, and operate Warper. Perform other duties as directed.

Essential Job Functions:
 Read and interpret yarn requirements from production orders.
 Prepare documentation to requisition required yarn from warehouse.
 Clean and perform preventive maintenance on the creels.
 Safely operate Warper according to standard operating procedures
 Safely operate motorized lifts to load and unload yarn packages from the creel.
 Prepare beams on shafts to load and unload at Warp machine.
 Properly label finished beams.
 Follow SOP and Control Plans at process to meet Quality requirements.
 Maintain quality standards and clean work area
 Perform other duties as assigned or required for the position.
