
Lead Quality Assurance
Job Description
You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of quality for our telecom and utility construction projects:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Control Plans (QCP) utilizing three-phase inspection processes.

Field Leadership: Lead boots-on-the-ground QC Technicians and crews. You’ll conduct field audits on everything from directional boring to fiber splicing.

Expert Oversight: Verify technical workmanship, including OTDR testing, splice loss verification, and backfill compaction.

Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for quality, attending project meetings and resolving non-conformance issues directly with clients.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze KPIs (defect rates, rework costs) to find better, faster, and safer ways to work.
