About the Role:
As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to design and implement individualized therapy programs for our patients. Your expertise will help patients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for independent living, including activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and cognitive function. Responsibilities:
Assist Occupational Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans
Conduct treatments, including ADL training, mobility exercises, and cognitive interventions
Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising Occupational Therapist
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment plans and progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Provide education and support to patients and their families
